North Coastal ACT
Mental Health, Supportive Housing
The North Coastal Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) focuses on the treatment and recovery of adults with serious mental illness in the north coastal area of San Diego County. Participants have been homeless or are at risk of homelessness, and may also have a co-occurring substance use disorder. A variety of services include psychiatric assessment, 24-hour crisis intervention and support, medication management, therapy, and supportive housing. The program encourages participants to be full partners in their treatment and invites close involvement of family members in the recovery process.
