San Diego Employment Solutions provides opportunities to help adults with serious mental illness diagnoses obtain competitive employment utilizing a comprehensive evidence-based supported employment approach that is community-based, client- and family-driven, and culturally competent. This program utilizes the Supported Employment Individualized Placement and Support Model to assist active job seekers with their job search and placement, including apprenticeships and starting their own business with the goal of competitive employment.
