Substance Use Disorder
TURN Behavioral Health Services Teen Recovery Center (TRC) provides outpatient substance abuse services to adolescents, offering counseling, education and support. All our services are appropriate to the level of care necessary for our young clients to successfully address their issues.
We partner with San Diego Unified School District. We have Outpatient Services (OS) as well as Intensive Outpatient Services (IOS) services which allow a personal, focused, client centered, evidence based approach. We feel treatment must be based on the presenting client’s appropriate level of care. We include role playing of current life skills, social and educational support, and how addiction effects all areas of a person and their families’ lifestyle.
We recognize that drugs and alcohol affect the entire family. Our program is designed to offer young adults the opportunity to learn and to make the changes needed to survive drug abuse, as well as to support the entire family and assist them in learning new directions and happier lifestyles.
